At Hom Haven, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a refund:

• Your request must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and tags (if applicable).

• Proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Refund Process

Once your request is received, we will review the details and notify you of the approval status. If additional information is required, our support team will contact you.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at admin@homhaven.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for:

• Gift cards

• Final sale or clearance items

• Personalized or custom-made products

• Perishable goods

• Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging (unless defective)

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. If eligible, you may request a refund after contacting our customer support team.

Delayed Refunds
